I was born in Pleasanton Township in Manistee County, Michigan and went to one of the old time "one room" schools in Malcolm.
I graduated from Bear Lake High School, married a Vietnam veteran and have been blessed with a fine daughter, son and 5 wonderful grandchildren.
For many years I was Editor of the Manistee County Pioneer Press. I joined the staff of Ringel Real Estate & Auctions in 1997 where I am now an Associate Broker.
I have served as President, and am currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Manistee County Transportation Inc. I am a current member and Past President of the Bear Lake Promoters, Promotions Manager of the Manistee County Fair Board and am currently a humour columnist for the Manistee News Advocate.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have made my life here in this very special part of the world. It is a constant source of pleasure for me to be able to help others find just the right home here too.
