This is how we all remember our dear friend Elroy Urbanus,
surrounded by the Bear Lake School children who he loved with a passion
and who returned that affection in 'spades'!!
It is with great sadness that we inform you Elroy passed away peacefully on January 5, 2012.

- Trash Service for Bear Lake Township pass holders. (Contact Pleasanton Township for their ammended location.) Bear Lake Township trash station is at DeVere Randall And Sons located 9063 Co Rd. 600 (13 Mile Rd.)
Bear Lake Township Recycling, open 24/7 has been greatly improved and expanded!!
Location is next to the Township Hall - download a list of accepted items (includes Household Trash Dates too) here.

Thank you so much for the flood of packages that you have been sending to my soldiers. We are overwhelmed with all the snacks and gifts. If Bear Lake has 308 people, it seems like we have gotten something from every single one of them. Thank you for all the love and support from the States. It is good to know people are thinking about us and praying for us.
We are very thankful that you are sending us stuff from home while we are away for Christmas. Tell all your friends and members of your organization that we are very thankful for all that we have received and for the time, thoughts, and prayers they have dedicated to us.
